Day 1 - "A"

I'm starting the ball rolling this year with an Aussie themed card coloured with alcohol markers. The large bow was coloured with several shades of aqua - in keeping with my "A" theme - and the leaves were done with a pretty, muted green.

YOUR TURN: Create a card or papercraft project using the letter "A" as your prompt.

Great minds think alike!
I've also used the Aussie wreath and aqua.
Time to go and upload it.

I think aqua is lovely at Christmas time. I love the white flowers against the wreath.

Awesome! I am so excited to be back to play along this year after a two year absence. Building a house takes a LONG time but my craft tools are finally unpacked and I am ready to go. I love your Aussie wreath, beautifully colored. Great way to put color in the holidays!

Excited and looking forward to playing again this year. Sorta weird following from the USA as it's not Wednesday yet, we're still on the 31st celebrating Halloween. But we'll jump in tomorrow with 'b' or whatever you throw at us. ... that's for always making it fun Beccy. ~ Pam

ABSOLUTELY gorgeous wreath Beccy!
ADORE your aqua colour scheme and no-line alcohol marker colouring - WOW!

... I confess, I saw your card earlier and was so inspired that I had to go and LEARN how to transform my digital stamp of this image into light grey lines so that I can try my hand at no-line colouring like you have done! I've got my lines down to 20% opacity but not printed yet, as I have a question.
Can you please share the size of your printed wreath image? I've looked at the detail and was wondering just how small I can go and still keep between the (very faint) lines.
Also, a 2nd question without notice, did you add the white flowers with a white pen after colouring, or, did you leave the area "clear" and colour around them?
THANK YOU for sharing :)
