Your card is stunning, Beccy. I love seeing all the cardinals cardmakers put on their cards, their colours are so bright and festive. Perhaps one day a cardinal will get lost and make its way to the UK, I'd love to see one in real life! Thanks for another great challenge this year, I've really enjoyed seeing all your beautiful cards, as well as the ones entered in the challenge. xx

I guess I didn't realize how luck I was because I see cardinals every day here in Northeastern US. The nest in the hedge right outside my bedroom window. Thanks so much for this wonderful challenge. I'm off to link up my last cards.

You saved the best for last! What a gorgeous card, Beccy! Your colouring looks amazing and I love how you made the sky around the cardinal, so pretty! I've really enjoyed myself this month and feel so grateful for being able to participate as much as I have! I think I'll slow down a bit in December now that I've made so many cards this month hehe! Thank you, Beccy!

Beautiful cardinal Beccy. He is colored perfectly... Love the thicker matting around the circle to draw the eye into the main focus. Thank you for another year of the Holiday card challenge and for helping us prepare and get all of our holiday cards done. I appreciate all of the wonderful comments you have left on my cards... It is amazing to think you have left so many comments within a month. Congrats to having an awesome year and exceeding the year before. Hope you and your family have a Merry Christmas and a Happy and Healthy New Year to come. Thank you for your time and all you do during the challenge.

This is such a great card. I love the mix of patterns and colours. The pretty little bird is coloured beautifully. I´ll have a go to try to copy the technique you used for the sky, love it! Of to practice...

I love the cardinal, I have that in my cart and the quilted Christmas deer. I just need to get the printer working. I have had such a wonderful time doing this challenge and now have enough cards for myself and to donate to our senior centre. Merry Christmas

You have such marvelous cardinals, Beccy! I think this one may well be my favorite of all of them. Beautiful card. What a wonderful month of challenges this year. I had so much fun participating and found lots of inspiration from you and many others who entered their lovely creations. I've added to my list of things which can be used for the alphabet prompts and will save those until next year. In the meantime, Merry Christmas to you and to all who played along. :-D

I too have never seen a cardinal. Not sure if they come to the UK. Love the blue colouring around the image, it is very effective in leading your eye to the bright red.

My last 2 cards need to be photographed in the light of day so will be posted before the linky closes.

I can only echo the wonderful words from TracyM, it feels like it has been a truly special event and I have enjoyed it immensely. Beccy, your generosity in giving so many prizes and the wonderful comment you make on each entry show what a truly lovely person you are. I really feel like we are a family all with the same goal to make beautiful cards. Your challenges have come at a perfect time for me as it has fired up my creativity again and it has been missing for the whole of the year.

Through these challenges I have found my love of crafting again, especially as Christmas cards are my absolute fave. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart xxx
