Pop-up cards are fun to make and always popular as gifts. The idea is that a picture or sentiment “pops up” when the card is opened via a specially designed, built-in, fold that flattens out again once the card is closed. It makes what is usually a two-dimensional greeting card into a 3D creation with the use of cleverly placed cuts, folds, glue-ins and other moving parts.
There’s a host of techniques and methods for making these great gifts. Click on any of the photos below to check out a tutorial or search the internet for “pop-up cards”. You’re sure to find something that suits your needs.

You gave us a heads-up for the letter "P". I'd like to try the one with the little owls. How cute would that look with any of the images from your Simply Christmas set.
Good idea, Suzanne! I may try it, too! Will check out the tutorial for it, Beccy. Thank you!
I love pop ups... New ways to make cards interactive are popping up every day and everyone would love to have that little extra interactive element in a card now and then.
I also love you have a place with so many techniques and tips for everyone to use. I have found myself going there a few times over the last 2 years and always find something to learn.
Love your pop up cards. The owls are especially cute.[Bunny]
