Amazing card, this wreath looks alive. The ribbon gives a 3D feeling. Additionally, the quote completes the entire work. I love Christmas quotes. Have a nice day when I go to sleep.
A Quote! A great idea to work with the Q ! I was already thinking what I could do with the Q, next to a quilted plaid background :) Okay, let's go for a Quote! Love yours and love your card! Creative regards, Gina
Ohh, this is so pretty, gorgeous coloring and love the splatter of glitter on the bow!
Tomorrow I've got some Quick cards planned :)
I love how you've tucked the sentiments inside the wreath. There's so much dimension. I'm having so much fun stretching my imagination trying to come up with something different for each letter.
Oh I love this card Beccy, so pretty.
Oh no! Already day 20! If I'm going to catch up I'd better be Quick about it. That's why I made a Quick card. Purchasing a new laptop at the beginning of November was poor timing. Next project... transferring all my digi images to the new machine, especially the ones from Beccy! Guess I need to install the printer, too.
Love this wreath, so pretty!
Hi Beccy this is a stunning card. I love it. Take care. Hugs Jackie
A beautiful Aussie Wreath on your card Beccy and I love the way you positioned the sentiments - lovely work -
Fabulous card, Beccy. Fingers crossed that we can play and make good cheer with our families this Christmas. xx
Your card is gorgeous, Beccy! As always! Your wreath is just fantastic!
But this is for me a difficult challenge. Q, - a very difficult letter. In the Norwegian language we don't use it at all!
But when we pronounce it, it sounds like the Norwegian word for "cow". So perhaps I have to make a "Cow-Christmas-Card".
Gorgeous card! Love the coloring
Have a great day!
Marilyn❤️
This is a Qute card. Get it? Okay. Well I just had to use the q for the word cute. [Bunny]
Beautiful quote, such a pretty wreath, wreaths are one of my passions and yet haven't made one this year sigh. Beautiful, hugs, Lori m
Fantastic inspiration today! Quote are such a great idea! I´m so in love with this stamp set. In 1999 I worked in Australia for a year and those sentiments take me right back to my first very HOT Christmas day (I live in Sweden so our Christmas is mostly cold).
I was intrigued by what the flowers were on you wreath and saw the word gumnuts in your sentiments so did a research mission on Google. They are super fluffy and look so fabulous in photos and in your wreath. I love how the flowers then turn into the nuts.
However in doing this research I came across some adorable illustrations of tiny 'Gumnut Babies' by May Gibbs and Snugglepot and Cuddlepie. In the UK I had no knowledge of these which is a great travesty as they are so very cute.
Beccy, thank you for sharing your beautiful card and leading me onto this winding path of discovery. I love that this card challenge can open us up to little gems that we never knew existed.
Ladies - if your read this comment go search for Gumnut Babies and you can see the cuteness for yourselves. It has honestly made my heart happy.
So pretty
I am always on the lookout for quotes to use but I usually use them on the inside of my card rather than the front, so this is really a very cool idea. I agree with lots that's been said in the comments already. Love how dimensional everything looks and the way you tucked the quote into the wreath. And I had such fun checking out Gumnut babies. Who knew there were such things. You do broaden our horizons!
A beautiful wreath and a wonderful sentiment.
Pretty!
Wow Beccy, your card is so elegant, that wreath is gorgeous, and you have coloured it beautifully.
