Day 3 - Digital Images

Digital images are very popular amongst card makers and come in a huge variety of designs for every imaginable occasion.  Pre-coloured digis, like the one I've used today, make it easy to create great cards when you're in a hurry or when you have to make large volumes of cards for a particular event.

YOUR TURN:  Use a digital image to create a card.
Upload your creations HERE.

Thanks for reminding me about this option. I still have a number of pre-coloured images on my computer, but after creating quite a few cards using hand colouring, it somehow feels a bit like cheating. Of course I know it's not, as long as you don't pretend you did all the colouring yourself. So I'd better go browse my computer to see what I can come up with.

Beautiful card, I love using colored digis! I just linked my card using your embossing tip from day 2, love how it turned out, thanks!

I belong to the "lazy ones" who love pre-coloured digis. (Well, that's not quite right.) I find the colouring from the artists much better than mine. So now I will link another pre-coloured digi from Beccy to the third day's challenge.

I am one who loves pre-coloured digis! Lots of times I just don't feel like colouring. That's when I go looking for my pre-coloured images. You're right - they are great for a quick card - colouring takes time! You'll get a kick out of this... I always state in my blog posts - in the first paragraph - that I've use a precoloured image, but it never fails... I'll get lots of comments that say they love my colouring! I always chuckle to myself!

Love the use of the pre-coloured image Beccy and the classy embossing surrounding it. I seldom use pre-coloured images as I love to colour them but I must admit this card of mine today took me less than half an hour to make. Beautiful image you used as well..

Hi Beccy, I'm with Marianne, I have always coloured my digi's, practise is what makes us get better, I have never as yet, used a pre-coloured digi. Thank you for inspiring us all, I'm off to see the first two days that I have missed! Have a good one...Megan

Hi Marianne. You don't have to use a pre-coloured image for the challenge... you can hand colour one if you prefer.
Cheers,
Beccy

Beccy, this card is stunning! The white on white really makes the wreath pop right off the card. And I love that you embossing the background and used a die cut. I love pre-colored images. They usually look better than what I can color them and they are very quick and easy. You did a wonderful job fussy cutting this wreath. Sometimes that's a difficult job! Happy Tuesday!

A very gorgeous wreath on this card Beccy. I never use precoloured images, I love to colour themselves.

Hello Beccy! I love your card! Very 3D and I love the color combinations! And it is so chic and elegant!! I am so new to colouring that I love the pre-colored images. Except from this year that I will make all the colouring myself, all the previous years I was using pre-colored images.
