Finding Inspiration

Everyone has an item or two (or more!) that they struggle to use in their crafting. Perhaps it's a stamp, an embellishment or a book of patterned paper. One way to help kick start the creative process is to do an internet search for the specific item you have, rather than a general search. For example, don't just look for "hand-stamped cards", instead, search for "seahorse cards" or use the name of the book of papers or the brand of the embellishment. A lot of businesses have galleries and blogs to show customers how their products can be used and you'll often pick up helpful hints and tips.
