My ninth scrap card is all about the colour blue! To create the floral centre, I stamped the image twice and coloured with distress markers and a water pen. I used a small pair of scissors and a craft knife to fussy cut around the flowers and leaves, then layered everything together with foam tape for a three dimensional look.

Out of all your scrap cards, this is at the top of my 'favorites list.' Just stunning. You know how much I love flowers. And the colors are so tranquil.
