Day 16 - Scrap Happy

I can't bear to throw out even the smallest piece of pretty paper, which means I have quite a big stash of offcuts that are waiting around to be used.  I really didn't make much of a dent in it with this card but at least it's a start!

YOUR TURN:  Create a card using paper scraps and offcuts.
Upload your creation here.

What a great way to use scraps! I save all of mine too! Stanley looks great here as a polar bear! I like the way you did the sentiment - is that a Dymo label? I never thought to cut the letters individually - looks great and adds to this card's fun vibe!

Such a fabulous way to use your offcuts and Stanley is adorable,
I am glad to know I am not the only person who cannot bear to throw pretty paper away!

Hi Kitty,
The letters are actually little Tim Holtz letter stickers designed to look like the old fashioned Dymo labels.
Cheers,
Beccy

I do try to use my scraps, but they seem to reproduce in those overstuffed baggies...
Great looking card, Beccy. You have such perfect corners - I can never seem to get mine to square off.

I have so many small pieces of offcuts that this will barely make a dent in mine either. However, it will make me use some of them!!! Thanks for another great challenge.

I also have stacks of offcuts, and love how you used yours. The challenge now is to get them to fit together as well as yours. Thanks for this inspirational card Beccy. Ursula xxx

Lovely patchwork card. I made a bit of a mess of my card. Added too much embossing folder so you can't see the five patterned papers too well.

Stanley Claus is too cute! I have so many paper scraps that I have saved thinking they may of use at some point. But do I ever think to use them the way you have? No. But seeing what you did with them sure makes me want to give it a try! Thanks once again for great inspiration Beccy!

I have a stack of off cuts as well, so much that in the end I bought a set of dies so that I could cut accurate pieces to make patchwork backgrounds. You have made another lovely card
