Personnaly I actual never had a some kind of tradition with candy canes. Not as sweets, and not as Christmas decoration. Although when I see them in a shop they mostly look white and red. Your blue versions bring some softness between all red and greens 😊

I have several friends who love to dress up their pets for special occasions, and I have to admit that most of them seem quite pleased to be included in the festivities, particularly if there are treats involved. The decidedly displeased dog I've added to my card is not one of those pets!

Wow, I just made it by the skin of my teeth. And it wasn't easy. I have a machine I have to carry around with me right now and I almost forgot it. Which would not be good because it is connected to me.

In Australia, it's not uncommon to see candy canes in all sorts of colours and sizes, from small black and white ones, and long pastels, to giant rainbows, and the traditional red, green and white.
