YES YES YES the season can begin!
So glad we're being surprised again this year Beccy!
I have some physical limitations, but I'm still going to try to make as much as possible!
Love, Wilma xx

Day 2 - "B"

I enjoy colouring the sleigh bells with different markers to indicate particular types of metal. Today's effort uses several of the red-tinged E colours from my collection of alcohol markers for a warm and rustic vibe. The sentiment is made up of three individual stamps, stacked together and embossed with white to help break up the background.

YOUR TURN: Create a project using the letter "B" as your prompt.
Upload a photo of your creation to the

INSPIRATION WORDS:
Blitzen, boots, bows, box cards, bendy cards, building block cards, bleaching, beads, brads, burnishing, blue, brown, black, baubles

Month Of Holiday Cards Challenge

Welcome to the 13th annual Month of Holiday Cards Challenge.

The November challenge is one of my favourite blog events, and although I no longer hold regular monthly challenges or operate a digital store, I simply couldn't retire this one or it wouldn't feel like the holidays! Having said that, I have made quite a few changes, which I hope won't deter you from playing along. Please read the conditions carefully to make sure your entry meets the guidelines and so that you know how everything will operate. Feel free to email or message me with any questions.
  • Each day throughout November, I'll post an A-Z letter prompt and card idea to get you inspired. You then use the prompt to create your own holiday themed project, take a photo of it and upload it to the challenge. Remember though, there are only 26 letters in the alphabet, which means you'll find a few random challenges thrown into the mix!
  • There's no limit on how many cards or projects you create but they must be created during the month of November 2025.
  • All projects must be holiday themed (any holiday is acceptable).
  • Participants will be playing for entry tickets to the prize draw at the end of the month. Each entry gives you one chance of winning, so the more entries you have, the more chances you have of winning one of the prizes at the end of the month.
  • Prize Draw - after the challenge closes, all entry tickets will be placed into a bowl. Ten tickets will be drawn out winning each person a set of Beccy's Place clear stamps, posted to the address listed in their Beccy's Place account. (Only one prize per person; if a person who has already won is drawn again, a redraw for that prize will occur)
  • Entries can be uploaded to the challenge from any hosted site including blogs, online galleries, Google photos, etc. If you do not have access to a hosted site, please feel free to email your photos to me and I will add them from the Beccy's Place Guest blog.

Kraft Cardstock

My attempt at blending the edges of the magnolia image into the kraft background didn't go as well as I'd hoped. Sadly, the marker I chose was a couple of shades too dark to be convincing... but not a bad effort.

Simple Step Card

A simple step card makes a festive display for the sideboard or mantelpiece, and they're pretty easy to make... just move the centre fold up a little and add a couple more at the bottom!

Enjoy Your Day

Pink, silver and white is a pretty combination that works well for engagement or anniversary cards.
Add some dry embossing to the background for texture, and a little mirror card for an elegant shine.
