Garden Fairy
I've made one last card with the cute Fairy Travels image, this time with no sentiment. I cut an aperture from the front of the card with a circle die then decorated around the edge with some punched flowers and butterflies.

A Little Sparkle
My little scissors certainly received a workout while creating this card! I fussy cut like there was no tomorrow, separating the different sections of the image to form layers. Some strategically placed foam tape and a handy pair of tweezers and I soon had all the elements layered together for a cute little fairy scene. You can check out the photos below to see my technique.
I started by printing multiple copies of the image, all at the same size. You'll notice there's one at the top that has lots of room around it, that's my base, which I will build on. I printed the images on a piece of blending card so I could use my alcohol markers to add a background and some shadows.

New In Store
We have some fresh new images for you this month, including something you can really sink your teeth into! (Sorry, I just had to say it...) Our new Burger and Fries set comes as either a digital download or a clear stamp set. Both contain three images along with matching sentiments for plenty of delicious crafty goodness (yeah, I know, I know...)
Our second set is a fabulous travelling fairy, who isn't really in too much of a hurry to get anywhere. It comes as a digital download with a single line drawn image, full colour image and some mix and match sentiments.

Open For Business
I'm very excited to announce that my digital stamp store is now OPEN!
As an opening day gift, I'd like to give you all this little Carnation Fairy. He's available for purchase from the store, along with all his friends, but you can download him here for free.
Right now there are only 14 digital stamps available for purchase in my shop, but I have many more to upload over the next few weeks, so please stop by often. I will post regular updates here on my blog... along with projects, tutorials and freebies as usual.

Flower Fairies
The first series of drawings for my new online store will be these cute little Flower Fairies. I've drawn one for each month of the year, beginning with carnations for January. To make the cards, I simply added some text about the birth month next to the fairy and finished each with some matching cardstock. When I had completed all twelve cards I bundled them up and tied them with a piece of organza ribbon to give away as a little present.

I also started to make myself a little desk calendar, but only got as far as January - which is now almost over!! I think I'll have to add this project to next year's to do list.
