Day 28 - "Y"

I'm filing this one under "lesson learned". The yellow poinsettia came out beautifully, but the idea to cut it in half and separate the two sides with a sentiment really didn't pay off. The gap is much too large stretching the image out of shape. I have a feeling this one will end up as two separate cards in the not too distant future.

Yep, it's beautiful colored yellow but isn't it funny how those proportions jump out at us card makers. Good part is the end results is one Yucky Yellow will be turned into two Yummy Yellows.

This yellow poinsettia is gorgeous! Coloured into the details with the darker shades! Well done Beccy!

Very special a yellow poinsettia. A good idea to cut the image and put a layer between it.

Maybe you should rethink. It's such a shame of all the effort you've put into your card, if you're not gonna send it. You've colored it so beautiful and I love the little gold gems on your background it gives a rich feeling to your card and love the pretty sentiment!
