Deirdre the Woodland Fairy

I couldn't resist doing another drawing of this lovely little fairy... I think it's her hair that attracts me! Have fun playing around with colours for her clothing and hair to suit the theme of your card or to personalise her for someone special. Try out some sparkly mediums on her fairy wings to lift them from the page and really give your card some punch!

Deirdre the Flower Fairy

I named this fairy for a good friend who reminded me that fairies come in many different shapes and sizes! As you can see, she's an exuberant little thing with a real joy for life... perfect for celebratory cards.

Wedding Card

I made this card for a wedding we are attending this weekend. On the inside I have attached a decorative strip of cardstock to hold an envelope containing money for the newly married couple.

Green Apples...

My second daughter is the sweetest little girl around. She has a very quirky nature and does things in her own, very unique, way. She can be particular about the strangest things while other considerations don't even cross her mind... like cleaning her room! For some reason she just loves to buy green apples even though she complains about how sour they are when she eats them. I remind her every time we go to the shops, but she insists they are her favourites and so we always end up with a few in the trolley. I asked her about them again the other day and she told me she likes to eat them because they make her eyes wink!! Now how can you argue with that?

Best Buddies

This image would be great for "Friend", "Thank You" or "Thinking Of You" cards. You could even print it at a larger size and use it on a scrapbook page. Don't forget to play around with colours and different mediums to get the look you're after. Add different backgrounds and embellishments depending on your theme.
