I named this fairy for a good friend who reminded me that fairies come in many different shapes and sizes! As you can see, she's an exuberant little thing with a real joy for life... perfect for celebratory cards.

Wedding Card
I made this card for a wedding we are attending this weekend. On the inside I have attached a decorative strip of cardstock to hold an envelope containing money for the newly married couple.
Green Apples...
My second daughter is the sweetest little girl around. She has a very quirky nature and does things in her own, very unique, way. She can be particular about the strangest things while other considerations don't even cross her mind... like cleaning her room! For some reason she just loves to buy green apples even though she complains about how sour they are when she eats them. I remind her every time we go to the shops, but she insists they are her favourites and so we always end up with a few in the trolley. I asked her about them again the other day and she told me she likes to eat them because they make her eyes wink!! Now how can you argue with that?

Best Buddies
This image would be great for "Friend", "Thank You" or "Thinking Of You" cards. You could even print it at a larger size and use it on a scrapbook page. Don't forget to play around with colours and different mediums to get the look you're after. Add different backgrounds and embellishments depending on your theme.

A Little Horse
I know I've said this before, probably several times, but I love quilts and quilted designs. When Carol requested some quilted farm animals I was more than happy to oblige and came up with this little horse. You can colour her with pastels for a lovely soft baby card, or use brights, attach some ribbon or string and you have a great pinata card perfect for birthdays!
P.S. Carol, keep you eye out for a cow and chicken in the next month or so!Sunday, August 1

Let Them Eat Cake
This little guy was inspired by my young son... I'm sure I don't need to explain why! This image would be great for first birthday cards, given that there's only one candle on the cake, but you could also use it for general birthday's too. Colour co-ordinate the icing with your papers and cardstocks or personalise it for the receiver. The bear looks lovely painted white with a pink or grey nose too, so have a little play with different colours and mediums. Add some tiny beads, glitter or sparkle to the top of the cake, put some flowers behind the bears ears or add a ribbon bow.
