I've been embossing! I used the same folder for both cards, but added some heat embossing to the purple one to really lift the design. Both have large poinsettia die cut embellishments and a simple strip of cardstock stamped with a sentiment.

This is so beautiful. I love it in Purple. My Mom's favorite color was Purple so anything Purple, I stop and look twice because I always think of her.
Both of those cards are so pretty, but the white one really looks elegant! So, so pretty!

I've had an "E" day today - my mind was Elsewhere.
I just haven't managed to concentrate on much today - hence getting to leaving a comment at the end of the day.
Such different looks to these cards - I like both of them but I'm leaning toward the WOW one as struggle with those and admire people who can do them well (as this is)

Your embossing is SO ELEGANT - WOW! ... I know today is all about the "E" but I'm taking a U-turn back to "same-but'different", it is stunning to see how the white-on-white and right-royal purple & gold combo using the same design are EQUALLY ELEGANT!
