Day 3 - "C"

We've hit day 3, which means it's all about everything "C" - candies and calories, cakes and calories, chocolates and even more calories! I decided to steer clear of sweet treats and focus on circles instead... although a coffee and a cookie might just be in my immediate future.

YOUR TURN: Create a card using the letter "C" as your prompt.

  11. Love the circle idea and especially just using part of the circle to contain the snowman.

  12. Hi Beccy, a sweet Christmas card and calorie free. I think the closest you or I will get to real snowmen will be a bag of marshmallows. Have a good one.. Megan

  16. Oh my... you are correct, Di. There are already so amazing entries... and the challenge has just started. I think we'll break last years number of entries. I'm heading to my craft room so plan to add to the number by days end. [PS I do so love this challenge because I love Christmas.]

  17. Sorry to have missed commenting on Day 2 but I came down with some kind of flu bug and have spent 2 days curled up under the covers. Am posting a card for the Bs today and hope to visit a few of the entries but find staying up too long still very tiring. I'm determined to play all of the challenges again this year, despite the germs. They will not win! :-D

    1. I hope the flu doesn't last long NC. Keep warm and have plenty of homemade soup... that cures just about everything.
      Cheers,
      Beccy

  19. Hello, Beccy! I'm here, I'm here! So sorry I have been absent for a couple months but my husband had a stroke in August. He'll be coming home from the rehab hospital very soon - after that I'll be able to make some cards, maybe even before! I'm way behind in my holiday cards as I haven't been able to do much crafting since this happened. It's a 4-hr round-trip by bus to see him in the hospital so I'm just about worn out and can't wait for him to come back home! He has a long road ahead of him but the doctors say it is possible that he may make a full recovery. Praying that will happen.

Your snowman is super sweet and I love the soft colour combo! Woohoo for your Month of Holiday Cards! I'm so ready to get crafty again! Thanks for the inspiration as I surely need it!
