Day 5 - All About The Sentiment

There are so many beautiful sentiment stamps and dies on the market these days that it seems a shame not to let them take centre stage every now and again.  You can emboss them, stamp them, embellish them with mediums or die cut them, as I've done.  You can purchase sentiment stickers, alphas, or peel-offs or get really artsy with pens, paints, inks and stencils.

YOUR TURN:  Let your sentiment shine!

  1. It is so easy to forget that sentiments can make a stunning card on their own. Thanks for inspiring with your wonderful cards Beccy.

  2. Great cards! I also love sentiment-cards!
One problem: most dies or stamps are English words, I don't "find" much great stamps or dies in Dutch...

  4. Sentiments are one of my favorite things to collect. I rarely make a card without a sentiment on the front and on the inside. Your CAS cards a beautiful. Just that pop of color makes such a difference. Thanks for sharing!

  5. Fabulous idea, not everyone likes a card with pictures on it as the sentiment says it all.

  12. Missed this one. Your cards look so elegant. Simple yet so effective. I have to admit that a sentiment-focused card is one I rarely, if ever, make. I tend to include a critter or the like on every card, and the sentiment is usually an afterthought. These look quick and easy. TFS!

  13. So so elegant. I don't as of yet have text (sentimet) that are large. So you have inspired me to go try something new. Thank you so much for being an inspiration. Hugs from Denmark.
