Deanne coloured one of the little snowmen from the Snugglin' Weather set of digital stamps, then applied a liberal coating of glitter medium to give him a wonderful, frosty look.
All of these snow characters have the cutest facial expressions! Love the glittery effect too Deanne and the great match up of background paper. But what intrigues me the most is your twill ribbon/bow & button, and the position you put it in your layout. That just pushes this card design over the top!
