Day 3 - "C"

One of my favourite aromas at Christmastime is cinnamon, especially when it's being baked into something delicious! I add it to pancakes, French toast, biscuits, slices and cakes, and one particularly fragrant year, I even created salt dough decorations to hang around the house.

YOUR TURN: Create a papercraft project using the letter "C" as your prompt.

  5. Love that gold frame and love cinnamon. I had it in my smoothie this morning.
I also love all of the inspiration words you are sharing each day. So many things I would not have thought or had not even heard of.
I learned something new today: celadon = a term for pottery denoting both wares glazed in the jade green celadon color, also known as greenware or "green ware" (Wikipedia).

  6. Prachtige kerstkaart met de mooie warme kleuren.
De lekkere geur van de kaneelstokjes geeft een warme gloed in deze tijd van het jaar.

  8. Just come home from a few days away, so playing catch up with making Christmas cards for this challenge. Fabulous card, the gold gives the card an extra elegant look.

  9. GORGEOUS card Beccy!

The golden accents and design are SO ELEGANT and the image is coloured beautifully, the colours work perfectly together - LOVE IT ALL!

It's funny how aromas can trigger special memories. My one for Christmas is the aroma of Grandma's "real" calico bag steamed plum pudding ... there are so many fun moments and, some not so fun moments that still remain a conversation topic, year-after-year :)
