Day 28 - "Y"

I stamped this handsome fellow with a water-based, brown ink pad and then coloured him with warm grey alcohol markers. The string of lights and star are a nice, sunny yellow, to which I added a liberal coating of Wink of Stella for some sparkle and shine!

  1. Love your handsome emu with the fab string of lights around him. It suits him well as is the star on his head. Great embossed yellow background.

  8. Hi Beccy, a gorgeous card all a glow, if you have ever read children's book Edwina the Emu, her last chick was called 'Yeep', perhaps this is a good name for your Emu. Have a wonderful day.. Megan

  9. Now I'm the one running late on commenting - I lost yesterday completely between an outpatient procedure in the morning and the hubs in the Urgent Care in the afternoon. But your 'Y' card is adorable and the Yellow Accents are perfect as always. I'm going to get up enough nerve to try those string of light one day! You're a great inspiration.
