I like the C thing going here - Complementary Colours, candy and Celebrate (in the sentiment). Now to decide on my complementary colours.
ReplyDeleteLove the frame ut then love them all just so sweet
ReplyDeleteI have these candy cane images printed out to use on a future card. Those candies look good enough to eat right off the card!
ReplyDeleteHi Beccy,
ReplyDeleteI didn't know this existed... are white and black allowed?
It's bedtime here now so tomorrow morning I'm going to try to make something beautiful xx
What a yummy frame and the complimentary colours you chose look lovely.
ReplyDeleteYour colorful candy in complementary colors used to celebrate the Christmas season are cute!
ReplyDeleteHi Wilma. Yes, a black and white combination is allowed. You don't have to strictly follow the prompts, they're more for fun and to keep those creative juices flowing!
ReplyDeleteCheers,
Beccy
Complementary colours is very challenging, but with your fab inspirational card it must be easy peasy.....uhhhh....I think (and hope).
ReplyDeleteCheers,
xxx Margreet
SUPER SWEET card Beccy :)
ReplyDeleteLove your candy frame, colour combo and delicious colouring! ... many years ago there was a candy making shop not far from us, they were surrounded by glass, so we could watch as they rolled the most amazing designs that were revealed with a very sharp chop ... can't remember tasting them, it was such a fascinating process.
Candy, candy everywhere! I do enjoy complementary colours, especially the traditional red and green for the holidays!
ReplyDeleteI always enjoy using complimentary colours, red & green a firm favourite!
ReplyDeleteMaybe it is time for some new combo...
Such a great challenge and maybe it's time to think outside the box for Complementary colors...
ReplyDeleteGreat looking card Beccy with all of these candy treats.
Gorgeous candy frame, Beccy! Love how you completed it with the square frames of red and green papers. I totally wasn't ready for the first non-alphabet prompt since I haven't even gotten caught up posting all on the letters of the alphabet already used! Sigh... But I'll dig out another of your adorable images and get started on something (probably Christmas with the red and green combo.)
ReplyDeleteComplementary colours, then I like red and green the most as traditional colours for Christmas.
ReplyDeleteCandy, Candy, Candy. What's a Holiday without Candy. This color combo really makes the Candy Pop and Yummy looking.
