Quilting is a good way to get rid of your scraps. Your cards look so real. Just beautiful.
Before crafting, quilting was my great hobby. I quilted several blanckets plus Christmas baubles and stars too. Some years I still hang them in our tree.

CONGRATULATIONS Margreet!!!
ReplyDeleteYour quilting projects sound lovely, especially your ornaments at Christmas. Even though it was a past hobby, you can still keep using your quilting experience and designs to add some magic to your papercraft projects :)
Congratulations to Margreet!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations Margreet! I have a lovely quilt my mother-in-law made. All hand pieced. It's very fragile now, but occasionally I put it on the bed to admire it. Enjoy shopping!
ReplyDeleteIt's so true! I discovered late the idea of quilt and it's awesome.
ReplyDeleteNot only because we can use the scrap parts, but because the ways of joining them are infinite!
Congratulation, Margreet!
Thanks for the kind comments!
