Carla is sharing two festive cards with us today featuring images from the Holly Days set of digital stamps. Her first card has a fantastic stencilled background that contrasts perfectly with the single stem of holly she added. She has kept to a green, red and white colour scheme with both cards, which, of course, are colours we generally associate with Christmas.
These are both lovely. The stenciled background is a great idea.

ReplyDeleteCarla ~ these are beautiful cards! The scalloped circle really sets off the holly and gold bells. Beautiful coloring and shading too. And then the stencil work on the other it a great idea. I seem to forget about my stencils. Thanks for encouraging all of us by showing how beautiful they can be in the background.

... Holly Days was already on my wishlist, it has moved up the list, now it's in battle with Candy Canes for the top spot :)
Both cards are very festive. Love the stencilling on the first one and the second one is very traditional with fab colouring (as always).
