Day 26 - "W"

Wink of Stella is one of my favourite mediums for adding sparkle and shine to coloured images. It's not as vibrant as glitter but when it catches the light at the right angle it really puts on a show!

YOUR TURN: Create a card or papercraft project using the letter "W" as your prompt.

  2. I hadn't thought of Wink of Stella for W. It is something I use a lot so I'm surprised I didn't. Now that I think of it Kindy Glitz for K is another option too.
Love all the sparkle that the Wink of Stella gives your card.

  7. Lovely cards with these glowing baubles. I like my Christmas tree sparkling with glitter. I also like to put these baubles on cards. I know that everyone who gets them puts them under the Christmas tree. It's so nice when I get a photo and they say "I got it - thank you". The heart rejoices.

  10. I'm impressed how you've caught the glitter in your photo. It's so hard to do. I can imagine the twinkly lights of the tree making these ornaments shine. Beautiful cards.

  12. Love your cards! I looked at Wink of Stella in the store the other day. Wasn't quite sure how to use it, so I looked it up. Seemed like a lot were confused on how to even get it going from the tube, so I put it back--lol! I see so many people use it I want it again, so I may just have to see if one might come in my Christmas stocking.

  13. Beautiful card Beccy! I love the festive sparkle of the Wink of Stella! The texture of the background really gives your card that extra special look. But my favorite thing that you do is all the different ways you frame your cards. I think I am going to go back through this whole month and note all the different ways you've used frames. It just really brings something special to your designs. Thanks!

  16. Love the simplicity of your bauble cards, Beccy. Some of the baubles look like they are covered in chunky glitter, like some of the dark blue baubles we own.
