Yes, Beccy I am growing a huge amount of Holiday cards - I donate to Nursing Homes, and many of my family members are always wanting cards-- one I shipped a big box to my dear friend in Tennessee - then we went to visit and she received even more - when she comes to visit - we make cards of all types. Interactive and Christmas cards are usually my favorite to create. Thanks for the Yearly Holiday Challenge - it is a highlight of my crafting experience! Have a fun crafting week!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful coloring Beccy, maybe his tummy is also glowing from all the Christmas cheese, yummy!
ReplyDeleteSo cute! I did not imagine that this subject could be so nice!
ReplyDeleteThank you for the ideas, Beccy!
Wow, this is so amazing! Love your choice of the sentiment and your coloring is gorgeous, it looks like the candle lights for real with that shine on the mouse!
ReplyDeleteI must have missed this stamp set. That little mouse is adorable! I'm reaching my goal of Christmas cards I need, so I might be moving into Valentine's Day and St. Patty's day soon. This is a terrific incentive. Thanks so much!
ReplyDeleteGreat card, Beccy. I love how the candle illuminates the little mouse in the darkness. xx
ReplyDeleteThis is just adorable! The coloring and lighting is fantastic! Darling mouse! Mice on paper can be so darn cute, but no thanks to a real one!
ReplyDeleteMy card stash is on overload and I'm glad because I really do love giving them away. Especially to people that really enjoy them. I love to see a smile on their face or hear how they enjoy them. Some people I don't or won't ever know will receive them because they'll go to a nursing facility or assisted living. One card can make a difference in one person's day. It's worth spending that hour or more on one card. [Bunny]
ReplyDeleteThis card made me laugh out loud! The look on the mouse's face is comical. But with the dark background I also think of spooky too. So many aspects to this card. It's very intriguing! Adorable for Christmas!
ReplyDeleteWow Beccy, the glow you have created with how you coloured this is amazing. You really and truly have skills.
ReplyDeleteThe sentiment you paired with the little mouse is perfect
Incredible colouring, this reminds me on Ratatouille animated film.
ReplyDeleteSo great how you catched the light on the fab coloured mouse. Love the background too.

Thank you for setting this holiday cards challenge. It is just the incentive I need to get my Christmas cards made. I always intend to get them started by June/July but somehow the end of the year approaches and my makes are very few!!
ReplyDeleteI adore those mice, Beccy, and I can't believe I haven't noticed them before. Your coloring for creating the black background with the candlelight gleaming is fabulous! I hope you have a tutorial (or will be doing one) on how you did that. I simply have to learn how to get that kind of effect with such a dark background. :-D
ReplyDeleteThis little mouse is adorable. I have this set but never thought to use it for Christmas. Great idea, Sarah W
