Looks like someone mistook him for a Christmas tree! Lovely card Beccy - you have some really nice papers.
ReplyDeleteI'm really liking that you have been using non-traditional Christmas Colors for your patterned paper. It makes me think about what I have and how I can use it all year. Your emu doesn't even need a Christmas tree. He's a perfect substitution.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautifully decorated Christmas tree, oops! Christmas emu ! What a fun card ! Creative regards, Gina
ReplyDelete"L",- that is my letter. L for "Liv" = Life.
ReplyDeleteYour Christmas-Emu is just gorgeous, Beccy. Such a happy face, and I think he is full of LIFE too, not only lights!
Have a nice weekend!
Liv xx
Love this stacked layout for this cool card! He is a keeper for sure! Nice color choices as well - I am a fan of polk-a-dot - love me some plaid too - thanks for the inspiration - I will be back tomorrow - time to go watch a movie with the husband - have a blessed week!
ReplyDeleteLove this image, the emu is certainly getting festive! xx
ReplyDeleteAnother cute card with a pet. Emu is cute. I saw Emu in the zoo once, it looked at me exactly like yours. Have a nice weekend. Hugs Danka
ReplyDeleteHi Beccy this is a gorgeous card. I love it. Take care. Hugs Jackie
ReplyDeleteWhen I first saw this I thought it was a bottle wrapped in lights! What will I see when I get into the festive spirit?
ReplyDeleteI really love Emus.. and remember well in my youth when playing in my nanna's Inverrel NSW frontyard seeing one running past her house, where too not sure, he went too fast for us to ask him.
ReplyDeleteHe certainly wasn't in the festive mood! Lovely creation Becky! Your November is certainly very festive and very busy. Congrats on all your hard work on this blog.
Thanks for sharing, and may God bless and keep you and all whom you love safe and well.
Prayer hugs, Shaz in Oz. X
