And with this last Z-fold card, we have reached the very end of the alphabet... well done to us! There's just one more day to go for our Month of Holiday Cards Challenge and for those who've played along before, I'm sure you can guess what the prompt will be!
YOUR TURN: Create a card or papercraft project using the letter "Z" as your prompt.

INSPIRATION WORDS:
Z-fold, Z-box fold, zentagle, zzzzz (as in snoring)
This is so adorable. Love the candy. I used zigzag a couple years ago and didn't like how I did it so I had to think of something else so now I use the zoo animals for my Z word. Thanks for being so generous to all of us. We really appreciate all you do and we appreciate YOU. You are one awesome lady. Thanks for another wonderful year of cards.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure that zzzz is what alot of us will be doing once we get to the end of the month. It has been a tiring month but so good to get organised for Christmas. Thanks Beccy for hosting this - and I think you will need more than a few zzzz after all the commenting that you have been doing this month (on top of all the posts and races)
ReplyDeleteWhen I first looked at your Z-Fold card I thought those candies were real. Amazing shine and texture to them. And of course I love the traditional colors. Great challenge this year Beccy. I was able to get all the insides of my cards done also so once again, you have gotten me ready to send out my holiday greetings. So here's to you.... cheers! Or in Arthur's words: good job!
ReplyDeleteSuch a fun design, Beccy. Cannot believe how fast this past month has flown by, but I guess that partly to blame on the cold I have been fighting this week, preventing me from spending time in the craftroom. Your candies look amazing. Will have to look up the tutorial you did several years ago, but first I'll take my leave with one of your card making suggestions: Zzzzzzz.... since it's already past midnight over here in Crete and I still have to catch up on some sleep.

Super Z-fold card, Beccy, those candies look good enough to eat! xx
ReplyDeleteDELICIOUSLY DELIGHTFUL card Beccy!
ReplyDeleteLOVE your Christmas candy border, fancy folds and ELEGANT design - WOW!
... heading off to see if I have this set in my stash, otherwise I'll be shopping before crafting today :)
How could I have forgotten that you shared how to draw and colour these candies?!?
DeleteI've been doing my homework (THANK YOU for the tutorial) and will try to make some of these tasty treats ... my white gel pen is still out from adding shine to my emu eyes :)
I hope one day I can do the candy following your tutorial! Have to get the markers fist. Great card.
ReplyDeleteYou really do an awesome job making the candy... Love the Z fold and how you piled the candied across the top... Fun and creative Beccy
ReplyDeleteIt's gorgeous, Beccy! As everyone else has already mentioned, the candy looks AMAZING and so yummy!
ReplyDeleteI've already done my Z-fold so I linked up my Y card today! I've done each letter and non-alphabet challenge at least once - Yay! I'm looking forward to Day 30 and I believe I know what it will be! I've really been having fun this month and sad to see it end. Thank you for all the kind comments you have left on my blog. I know it takes a lot of time to visit over 1,000 entries so I want you to know how much I appreciate you! Thank you also for your generosity in prizes - I was thrilled to pick out some new sets and now I just need to get them printed. THANK YOU for this amazing month of holiday cards challenge!
Great looking card and those mint candies are just awesome....one day I will use your tutorial to learn how to do them too.
ReplyDeleteI can not tell you how much I appreciate being part of your blog challenge in November and every month it has great meaning to me (one day I'll tell you why) but Thank you Beccy.
Z is difficult in English, Polish is more words. Such as "winter", "toys", "zigzags", "watermarks" "photos" etc. I didn't think of anything, maybe next year I will try. Your card is delightful, but I didn't want to "parrot".
ReplyDeleteI echo everyone else's sentiments. Your card is lovely, your generosity is overwhelming, the kindness of the other crafters is heart-warming. Overall, being part of this challenge is good for my soul.
ReplyDeleteAfter this month, I think I shall do a lot of candies! I love how they look.
ReplyDeleteIt's a fabulous effect 3D. And together with a Z-fold card, they are so... ready to eat!
Thank you again, Beccy for everything you shared with us!
Those candies look edible and the card is so elegant. thank you for your inspirations and those of other cardmakers. I've been buzy today so after a zzzzzzzzzzzzz I'll have to get my 'Z' card in tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteI bet you will want some ZZZZ's after this month is over having visited all of our blogs for every card that we have made.
ReplyDeleteLove your sweeties, it is a lovely border on your card.
That is sooo colorful and fun Beccy - love those candys at the top!
