Day 2 - "B"

This was originally a practice piece, but I was so happy with the artsy look of the baubles that I decided to use it on a card. It wasn't a complete success though... the rather large sentiment flag is hiding a bit of a mess, but we'll just keep that between ourselves.

YOUR TURN: Create a card using the letter "B" as your prompt.
Click on the link below to add your project to the challenge.

INSPIRATION WORDS:
Blitzen, boots, bows, box cards, bendy cards, building block cards, bleaching, beads, brads, burnishing, blue, brown, black, baubles

  1. I do love the artsy look of this one, Beccy. It's always nice if you can cover up a booboo. But if else fails, you can always try to turn it into a feature...

  2. I love the coloring of the baubles! They are stunning. Large sentiments often save the day on my cards. LOL! Isn't that why we have them? Happy weekend!

THANK YOU for sharing, not just the artistry of the image panel ... I take great comfort in learning the secret of your sentiment, I thought I was all alone in hiding things with embellishments :)

  15. Such a beautiful card! I love the "messy" effect you created behind the ornaments. I love that you decided to use your image even if you made a oopps! That´s what I try to teach my kids in school. It´s ok to make mistake when you creating and how can we change this to make it work!

  17. This is gorgeous, Beccy! Those baubles are so sparkly. If you hadn't told us the sentiment was hiding a booboo, nobody would have known. :-D I'm so glad that the 30 days have begun again this year. I'll do my best to play each day but this year my schedule is a bit fuller than it's been in the past few years. Still it's such a great way to get cards ready for the holidays. I'm off to write up my first 2 posts for A and B.
