Day 14 - "L"

Today's card is all about the layers - seven in total, including the base card and the die cut sentiment I've added over the image. I want to give a big shout-out to the lovely Fit Kitty for the "Cheer" sentiment she sent to me, as well as some gorgeous snowflake swags. Thanks again Kitty!

  4. Layers is one of my favorite ways to make a card. I love darker layers because they make the lighter colors just pop. Especially love your sparkly layers. That cute little guy just sparkles right along with them. Beautiful card!

    Your combination of shapes for the layers look fabulous together ... I really do need to let go of the firm grip on my ruler learn to mix things up a bit!

    I always admire cards with a single layer as I can never seem to create cards like that.

    Layers all the way for me. I am just getting myself used to leaving white space on a card.

    Not using lots of layers is a step too far ;)

  12. I love gingerbread, I just found them hidden a year ago. I hid it so much that I forgot. Your card is amazing, I like the golden background the most, this color always reminds me of Christmas. Creating new cards is amazing. Thank you for this challenge.
