I have two big spools of twine that contain a metallic thread, giving them some fabulous sparkle. I like to add a little bit on Christmas or birthday cards to kindle that festive feeling!

ReplyDeleteI love that gingerbread man, Beccy, and the striped paper is delightful ! That would work great for a friend of mine who has a Christmas birthday. :-D I can't believe I never even thought about twine since I use it all the time. Sigh...
ReplyDeleteYour gingerbread image is adorable...I sure hope he will share all of that goodies he is holding...
ReplyDeleteVery nice layout Beccy.
It definitely adds a festive flair to your card, as does the gorgeous striped paper in the background. It looks like he's prepared for all the Christmas festivities. Being with family is getting me into a festive mood. Today is our annual tradition of Girls (Boys) Day Out. The boys do their thing and the girls go out to lunch and then we window shop in a mall that's off the beaten path so there aren't too many shoppers. Valerie, my granddaughter is going for the first time today. She's all dressed up for the occasion.
ReplyDeleteAmei o Twine... O "T" que me inspirou foi Árvore. Aqui no Brasil é verão, meu coração está aquecido com o Natal chegando, adoro preparar tudo, fazer festas para as crianças...
