These cups didn't turn out quite as I expected, but they're still cute and quirky and would make a fun gift for a teacher or coach. I filled them with marshmallows and wrapped them in clear cellophane, complete with a white bow.
I think these are the cutest thing ever! EVER! I can't imagine them turning out any better! Could you please share what kind of paint you used. Seems like every time I do a project like this, my image washes off. I LOVE them!
Hi Debbie. It's paint that is specifically for glass or porcelain items. The brand is Porcelaine by Pebeo and it's available in most art and craft stores. You do have to bake it in the oven to set it properly. I think there is also a glass medium you can buy that mixes in with ordinary acrylic paint. Mind you, it's been a long time since I did any acrylic painting so things might have changed. Cheers, Beccy
Oh, Beccy, I'm not sure what you expected, but these are darling! I love each one, and what a special gift these make! I am pinning these for sure! You are so amazingly creative! Wishing you a blessed and joyous Christmas! Hugs!
Love love LOVE those adorable mugs, Beccy! My creations never EVER turn out the way they begin in my mind! LOL Just a brief not to wish you and yours a Merry Christmas, and to thank you for your on-line friendship. I hope that 2017 is especially good to you, and that the promise of new beginnings creates wonderful journeys! hugs, de
