This month all my scrap card backgrounds will be blue, since I seem to have an abundance of them. Fortunately for me, blue is one of those wonderful colours that is easy to use and works well with lots of other colours, designs and images.
For todays card I've used a gorgeous Flourishes stamp and Prismacolor pencils.
The sentiment is from Sparkle N Sprinkle.
