I like seeing non-traditional Christmas colours on seasonal cards... it's an extra little surprise when you open the envelope expecting to see red, green and gold and get something quite different. So today I thought we'd go for a colour combination that isn't generally associated with Christmas - red, white and blue.
YOUR TURN: Create a Christmas card using red, white and blue as the primary colours.

I really like these colours together and the red ribbon is the perfect finishing touch.

For a Norwegian "red, white and blue" sounds very familiar. Our national colours! They make me think of May 17th :)
ReplyDeleteAs I was a little girl, the Christmas tree at home was decorated with small Norwegian flags. Well, - so why not also this year?
Red, white and blue sounds fun. Just need to decide which image will suit these colours best.
ReplyDeleteVery pretty! I always think of red and green, and then blue with silver. I had not thought of the 3 together for Christmas colours! They do look nice indeed!
