Day 26 - What's Your Style?

Lots of card artists develop a creative "style" that can become quite recognisable.  They might be known for their colour combinations, their skill with colouring or their creative use of textiles.
Today I've created a card in the style of Kittie Caracciolo, who makes the most amazing cards using a wide variety of die cuts and inks.  After making this card I certainly have a new appreciation for all the hard work that Kittie does to create her masterpieces!

YOUR TURN: Create a card based on the style of a card artist you admire.
(You are not recreating a particular card they have done,
you are using their general style as inspiration.)
Upload your creation here.

  6. I love the 3d effect of this card. The cats behind the window, the fence in front, all framed by flowers and foliage. A beautiful card

  10. I love Kittie's work and visit her blog every day. She does amazing things with does and scenes and I so appreciate that she shares her talent with all of us. I usually don;t have that much time to devote to one card but I do appreciate that she is such a master at her craft. Your card is beautiful and I am sure you spent a great deal of time putting it together. I'm impressed with anyone who can do this kind of thing. I hope to one day be able to take the time needed to do this. Thanks for sharing your awesome scene!

It is so beautiful, and so reminiscent of Kittie's work. You have put so much time and talent into it. I love all of it, but especially the kitty cats and the Christmassy 'curtains'.
