For page 9 of the album, I used some patterned paper with a punched edge and attached it to a piece of 6" x 6" cardstock. I then added a pocket, which I decorated with an oval die cut and some flowers, and made a tag to fit.
Page 10 is another 6" x 6" page that I decorated with a large, shaped journaling tag, some flowers and part of a doily.
Here are the two completed pages side by side. I decided that I wanted to have a tag between them so I made the pocket using double-sided tape on three sides, with the opening to the side.
Once again, remember to keep the edge of your pages about 1/8" from the fold of the binding to ensure they sit flat and can be turned with ease.
I cut a piece of cardstock to fit the pocket I had created between pages 9 & 10 then decorated it with some patterned paper and a stamp.
Come back tomorrow for pages 11 and 12... the halfway mark!
Pages 11 and 12

ReplyDeleteawesome. love it
ReplyDeleteI love that paper you use! Can I find the names somewhere?
ReplyDeleteHi Anita. This album was created many years ago so I don't think you can purchase the paper anymore. From memory, I believe it was Basic Grey brand, but I'm quite sure it's long discontinued.
