Frog and Oleander Card

My lovely friend Penny has been inspiring me to bring out my water-based mediums and some brushes and have a play with some of my stamps.  I love working with water colours - with just a few strokes of the brush you can achieve a seemingly endless variation of shade and vibrancy.  It's probably one of the most forgiving colouring mediums and a wonderful way to relax and allow the water and colour do the work for you.

  8. Oh! Beautiful colors, Beccy, and such a lovely, soft touch with the watercolor technique. This should be hanging on someone's wall, framed and protected! Thank you for the inspiration.

    1. Hi Cardchick,
Thanks for the lovely comment, I love playing around with my watercolours... it's very therapeutic! I have considered making videos but never seem to get around to dragging out all the equipment. I might have to ask my hubby to set up a camera and lighting for me so I can have a go at doing one!
      Cheers,
      Beccy
