Mosaic cards are very easy to make and are a great way to get even more out of your collection of stamps. Basically, you stamp and colour your image, cut it up into even sized squares and then reassemble them. You can leave small borders between the squares, as I have done, or you can butt them right up together so that the overall effect is much more subtle. I also like to ink the edges of each square for even more definition.
