Day 2 - Wreaths

I love creating cards with wreaths, especially when there are so many fabulous stamps, dies and embellishments with which to create them.  My favourite technique is to die cut several of the same wreath and layer them together with some rhinestones or pearls to decorate.

YOUR TURN: Create a card featuring a wreath.
Upload a photo of your creation HERE.

Such a pretty wreath and colour combination. I don't own any wreath dies but I have several stamps for making wreaths. I suppose it's time to put them to good use.

Super cute card. Love the blues with the silver. Did you ever wonder why there is a "w" in the word wreath? Probably not. Don't mind me, I need some caffeine!

Does he look a little bit shy? The silver-blue colour combo is really festive.

A beautiful card and so elegant! Beautiful pattern paper! I love blue colors on Christmas cards! Being Greek, blue color is very important to us. It reminds us of the colors of the sky and the sea of our country.

Ahhh...wreaths...I try and try but they don't come out pretty for me. Yours is sweet and very very pretty. OK...I'll pull mine out and give it the old college try. Thanks for the inspiration.

Oooh! Such non traditional Christmas colors and I am loving it. Wreaths are one of my favorite decorations during the holidays too. You've done a gorgeous job on this card! The twins are keeping me busy since one is home and one is still in the NICU but we are hoping to get Arthur home this week and eliminate the trips to the hospital. Then I hope to get some time to play along!

Awe, what an adorable bear. Love th4 chilly blue color combo. I can hardly believe that with all the die sets I own, I don't have any wreaths but I do love the idea of cutting and stacking several together for dimension. I'm off to search for a wreath die. :-D

i! I am joining along with your Month of Cards challenge. I am relatively new to card making and this challenge will get me to create with what I have already in my stash. I love the colors of this card.
May day 1 card had a wreath and now my day 2 card will too. Can you upload just a picture if you don't have a blog?

Hi Suzanne,
I don't think you can just upload a photo, you really need a blog.
If you email me a photo of your card I can add it to my Guest Blog and link it to the challenge for you. My email address is beccysplace@bigpond.com.
Cheers,
